Meet the Team
Jaden Ghylin
Owner & Co-Founder
Jaden has been working in real estate since 2005. Jaden has a degree in Electrical Engineering and has a talent for helping people work through all sorts of difficult problems. He also has a passion for real estate. Jaden lives with his wife and three children in Venice, Florida. He is a born-again Christian and is actively involved with his local church. In his free time he loves to hang out with his kids and ride his road bike when he can. He also play backyard boot hockey with James and does kickboxing for fitness.
Paul Gilliam
VP of Dispositions
Paul joined the company in 2021. Paul has owned and operated a small business, and also worked for some of the most prestigious Fortune 50 companies in Minnesota. In 2018 he sold his company and followed his passion into the real estate industry. He lives in Plymouth with his wife and 5 boys. He doesn't get much free time with 5 boys, but when he does he enjoys attending local sporting events, getting on the water, or spending time at the cabin with family and friends.

James Kolde
Owner & Co-Founder
James is from the Twin Cities and has over 20 years experience in the construction industry as well as Fire Fighting. James enjoys the challenges of renovating and updating a home, and providing solutions for buyers looking for future investment properties. James spent 20 years as a part-time firefighter and spend time in Iraq and Afghanistan supporting the troops as a Civilian Fire Fighter on base. He lives in Cambridge, MN with his wife and two dogs. James has a talent for finding fish and when he gets a moment of free time you can find him on the water.
Jen Kolde
VP of Office Operations
Jen is what we like to call our "home base" running everything in the office. Jen has lived in Minnesota and been married to James for over 20 years. Together they have a grown daughter who is in the National Guard, 2 dogs, a cat and a fish. She was born in California but her family moved around a lot. Most of her family now resides in Kentucky. Jen has a background in non-profits, event planning, and office program/project managment
